Per the Association’s Building Restrictions, all changes to home exteriors or landscaping must first be approved by the Architectural Committee.
Several of the key property or neighborhood rules and restrictions are listed in the Architectural Guidelines document. To try to make them applicable to newer technologies or to make them seem less intrusive or burdensome, the board has begun adopting language to clarify some issues for homeowners and reduce paperwork processes, while still maintaining neighborhood standards and property values.
