Meet the Board

President | Larry Hembroff

Larry Hembroff and Kari Formsma, his wife of more than 50 years, moved into Hager Park West in the Spring of 2016. They have three married adult children (two out-of-state and one in a nearby neighborhood) and nine grandchildren from ages 1 to 22. Both Larry and Kari are retired but remain active and travel often. Larry is in his second year of service on the neighborhood association board.

Vice President | Andrew Williams

Andrew Williams serves as Vice President for this year, his second. Having spent most of his life in the St. Joseph area, he and his wife Kristin moved to Park West Court in October of 2021. Between them, they have six grown children.

Andrew’s work as a merger & acquisition advisor tends to fill his calendar, but he’s currently learning to play Banjo as a new hobby.

Treasurer | Ron Kaley

Ron and Sian Kaley, married over 30 years, have two adult children and three grandchildren who live in the Grand Rapids area. Ron and Sian moved to Hager Park West in February 2020. Ron is in his second year of service on the neighborhood association board.

At Large | Will Germain

Will Germain and his wife, Dorothy, have lived in Hager Park West since the summer of 2007. He has two daughters that keep them very busy with sports activities. Will enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, golfing, and attending his daughters swim meets and softballs games. Will is always willing to give a helping hand to his neighbors. You will likely see Will getting his daily walk in around the neighborhood, regardless of the Michigan weather. He and his wife love taking pristine care of their landscaping.
