Fences

Building and Use Restrictions: No fences may be placed in front of the home located on the Lot or outside of the building envelope established on each Lot, except for safety fences required by Ordinance around unground swimming pools. All fences will remain subject to the approval of the Architectural Control Committee as provided in Section 7.

Architectural Standards and Control Specifications: Fences must be of an open, vertical spindle type, made of aluminum or vinyl. No chain link, wooden, or privacy fences will meet approval.
