2021 Q2 Board Meeting

MEETING MINUTES – April 12, 2021

 

 

Meeting start time: 7 PM

Tim Hoffman facilitated HOA quarterly meeting.

Agenda:

1.      Mailboxes

 

–          Larry Hembroff – briefed on committee’s findings.

–          Discussed the 3 options.

–          Discussed whether newspaper compartment should be required.

–          Color options (bronze, white, black). Discussed whether we should limit color options in order to maintain uniformity.

–          Agreed that the board needs some additional time to work through some of these topics and to make direct contact with vendor.

–          May 10th follow up meeting. We need to send out details.

 

2.      Lawn Care Proposal

–          Juan Olivarez – briefed owners on the proposals and the decision to maintain service with current provider based on cost, lawncare plan, and to maintain continuity of service.  

–          Stayed with Superior.

3.      Treasurer’s Report

 

–          Jeff Cooke – briefed owners on the board’s initiative to collect on legal fees when applicable. Total of $1,500 has been collected this year.

–          Discussed the potential need to move to foreclosure proceedings as a next step for some owners in default of their obligations.
