11/23/2020 Unscheduled Emergency Board Meeting

We met as board on 11/23/2020 for a short unscheduled emergency board meeting because we had received news that our current mailbox vendor has decided to stop making mailboxes.

Tim Hoffman (President), Juan Olivarez (Secretary), and Jeff Cooke (Treasurer) were present.

– Reviewed lien removal and outstanding dues. Determining appropriate next steps for the two remaining outstanding accounts.
– Discussed options related to losing the association’s mailbox vendor. The board determined that we would engage the community to ask for their feedback. Survey will be delivered via Survey Monkey. Your participation is appreciated.
– As a reminder, we encourage everyone to help keep our community healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
